Drop-In Velocity U18 Practice + Play Session - Wednesday

Description:
Open to U18 players, this session starts off with a one-hour Velocity clinic before players play a one-hour refereed, timekept game to finish. Players will be given jerseys before the start of each session, to be returned at the conclusion of each game. The caliber of players that typically participate in this session are U18 Tier 1, U16 Tier 1, Espoir, D1/D1R/D2 School hockey or AA.

Monday Velocity Skills 2012+
Open to players born in 2012 and above

Description:
Velocity Skills session for players born in 2012 and beyond.

Every session, we will have a different skill that we focus on. We will go beyond just stickhandling and shooting focused drills. We want to up the decision-making speed, and their ability to execute plays at fast pace. Players will be pushed to go past their limits and get out of their comfort zone every session.

Monday Defenceman Clinic 2012+
For players born in 2012 and above

Description:
Defenceman clinic for players born in 2012 and beyond.

We will work on offensive and defensive details of the game, namely puck retrievals, rim collections, evading pressure, first-pass effiency, point shots, transition skating and more.

TUESDAY VELOCITY SKILLS - College/Junior
For players entering College and Junior

Description:
For players entering College and Junior hockey next season. The sessions will focus on refining details and finer points of the game, with more nuance to each drill than a typical Velocity session. Each session will have a different primary focus to it.

TUESDAY D-MAN CLINIC - College/Junior
For players entering College and Junior

Description:
Elite Defenceman clinic. For players who are playing College or Junior next season. We will work on advanced details of the game, on the offensive and defensive side.

Wednesday U16 Practice + Play (2009, 2010, 2011)
For players entering Grades 8, 9 and 10. One hour practice + one hour game

Description:
For players born in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
2 HOUR SESSION. One hour Velocity Skills practice + one hour VSHL game.
