Leslie Oles has a long history of hockey and coaching experience. She began playing hockey for the Lakeshore Minor Hockey Association before continuing on to play for the McGill Martlets, Les Canadiennes, and for Bomo Thun in the Swiss Women’s A League. Leslie graduated from McGill University in Physical Education and Health in 2017 and is currently working as the Physical Education Teacher & Athletics Coordinator at Kuper Academy Elementary School. She began coaching at the age of 16, has worked several years internationally with Ochsner Hockey Academy in Switzerland, and continues to work with the girls Lac St-Louis Warriors hockey program. Leslie is detail-oriented in her approach to breaking down the components of different skills. She expects a lot out of the athletes she works with, but is positive by nature and is passionate about their success.
