Monday Velocity Skills 2012+
Open to players born in 2012 and above

Description:
Velocity Skills session for players born in 2012 and beyond.

Every session, we will have a different skill that we focus on. We will go beyond just stickhandling and shooting focused drills. We want to up the decision-making speed, and their ability to execute plays at fast pace. Players will be pushed to go past their limits and get out of their comfort zone every session.

TUESDAY VELOCITY SKILLS - College/Junior
For players entering College and Junior

Description:
For players entering College and Junior hockey next season. The sessions will focus on refining details and finer points of the game, with more nuance to each drill than a typical Velocity session. Each session will have a different primary focus to it.

Wednesday U20 Practice + Play (2006-2009)
For players entering Grades 11, 12, CEGEP and beyond. One hour practice + one hour game

Description:
For players born in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
2 HOUR SESSION. One hour Velocity Skills practice + one hour VSHL game.

Upon arrival, players will be given a jersey to borrow, to be returned at the conclusion of the game. Every session, we will have a different skill that we focus on. We will go beyond just stickhandling and shooting focused drills. We want to up the decision-making speed, and their ability to execute plays at fast pace. Players will be pushed to go past their limits and get out of their comfort zone every session.
After the practice, the ice will be resurfaced before they hop back on for a 1-hour game with referees and everything. Teams will be changed and balanced every week.
