Holistic Hockey delivers elite, fully personalized player development led by owner and head instructor Tyler Ertel, a seasoned educator and hockey professional with over 25 years of experience. A former OHL standout with 273 career points, multiple awards, and an NHL Draft selection by the Vancouver Canucks, Tyler has dedicated his life to the game. His background spans OHL coaching roles—including with the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds—and his newest position as Assistant Coach for Laurier University Men’s Hockey.
At Holistic Hockey, we train athletes to become complete, well-rounded players—on and off the ice. Our approach targets every dimension of development: skating, shooting, puck control, hockey IQ, mental toughness, and overall athletic excellence. Every drill, session, and development plan is custom-built to challenge, motivate, and accelerate growth. We never recycle programs; we craft them to fit each player’s unique needs and goals.
