Founded by Steve Spilak, a highly experienced fitness professional with over 15 years in personal training and boot camp instruction, this program is built on passion, discipline, and the belief that anyone can achieve their potential with the right support.
ABOUT STEVE SPILak
Steve is a Certified Can-Fit-Pro Personal Trainer, Boot Camp Level 2 Instructor, and CPR certified, bringing a powerful combination of expertise and real-world athletic experience to every program.
His background includes:
• 15+ years as a Personal Trainer & Boot Camp Coach
• Competitive powerlifting experience, including:
• Four years on the platform
• Multiple personal bests
• Provincial and Canadian-level competition
• Two Ontario Bench Press Records—set in the same meet
This competitive foundation has equipped Steve with deep knowledge across diverse training methods — strength, powerlifting, conditioning, cross-training, agility, and performance-based programming.
But above all, Steve’s greatest passion is helping others break barriers, set new goals, and become the best version of themselves.
