A junior blueliner with the SUNY-Geneseo Knights (NCAA Division III), Sterling has competed in some of the game’s most demanding environments, including time with the Maine Nordiques in the NAHL.
He blends elite defensive fundamentals, modern skill development, and a deep understanding of the junior and college hockey path. Whether working on edgework, positioning, puck movement, or overall hockey IQ, Sterling helps players build the habits and confidence needed to excel at the next level.
