Founded by Samantha Burton, a lifelong athlete and dedicated coach, Alpha-Era was created to fill the gaps she experienced growing up: limited opportunities, limited support, and limited belief in what female athletes could achieve. Today, her mission is clear—provide girls with the training, mentorship, and environment they deserve.
At the core of Alpha-Era is the C.O.N.S.I.S.T.E.N.C.Y. philosophy—a framework that strengthens not just performance, but character. Through values like Commitment, Ownership, Intention, Confidence, Self-Love, and Nerve, athletes learn to show up, push through challenges, and trust their journey on and off the ice.
