Brooke Enns, MEd, BKin, is a nationally certified coach and strength specialist known for elevating ringette and skating performance across Manitoba and Ontario. With credentials that include CAC Registered Coach, NCCP Certified Ringette Coach, and NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Brooke brings elite expertise to every session. She currently coaches for U18 Team Canada, leads skating development for the AAA HP Ringette Ontario Program, and serves as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist with the Canadian Sport Institute Ontario and Wilfrid Laurier University.
Since launching Competitive Edge Power in 2015, Brooke has transformed a local passion project into a year-round, multi-provincial performance company. What began with community power skating instruction grew into a recognized development program, formally established in Manitoba in 2020, expanded academically with Brooke’s Master of Education in Coaching Studies in 2022, and incorporated as Competitive Edge Power Inc. in 2024. In 2025, Brooke took the company full-time, now delivering athlete development programs to teams and associations across MB and ON.
Brooke’s coaching philosophy is built on creating engaging, challenging, and athlete-centered training experiences. She blends over 20 years of playing experience with more than a decade of coaching to ensure athletes not only learn skills—but understand the why and how behind them. She is deeply committed to long-term athlete development, skill transfer from practice to game situations, and coaching the person before the athlete.

Brooke remains dedicated to empowering athletes, strengthening local ringette and hockey communities, and delivering high-performance training that leads to measurable results on and off the ice.
