Training Philosophy
AlevelUP focuses on developing players through a holistic approach that blends basketball fundamentals with character building and teamwork. The program emphasizes “Perfect Practice Makes Perfect,” encouraging athletes to build confidence, discipline, and resilience on and off the court. Training sessions are designed for beginner through advanced athletes, from youth to competitive players.
Programs and Offerings
The organization provides a wide range of programs including weekly co-ed sessions, all-girls programs, private one-on-one training, summer camps, and online video training modules. Leadership and Coaching
Head Coach Ben leads AlevelUP with over 12 years of experience as a basketball skills trainer and personal fitness specialist. His certifications span TRX, resistance and speed training, and sport conditioning. Coach Ben has mentored more than 3,000 athletes, including professional players in Europe and university-level athletes in Canada. He holds credentials from CAN-FIT-PRO, Positive Coaching Alliance, and Ganon Baker Basketball, among others.
