Zach Bratina — Founder & Head Coach
Retired OHL Player | NHL Prospect
A first-round OHL draft pick and former prospect of both the Toronto Maple Leafs and New York Rangers, Zach brings elite playing experience and a deep passion for player development. After a decorated junior career—including CHL Player of the Month and competing in the CHL vs. Russia Series—Zach transitioned into business before returning to his true calling: developing the next generation of hockey talent in North Bay.

Powassan Voodoos Alumni | Skills Coach
One of North Bay’s top young leaders, Eric brings experience from the GOJHL, NOJHL, and GMHL, with a strong reputation for leadership and defense. A point-per-game defenseman during his final junior year, Eric combines high-level hockey IQ with excellent communication skills and mentorship.

Hamilton Bulldogs / Sudbury Wolves / Windsor Spitfires Alumni
A former 4th-round OHL pick and one of North Bay’s most skilled forwards, Ben played five seasons in the OHL and later with the Nipissing Lakers. Offensively gifted and highly respected, Ben brings elite experience and leadership to every training session.

A powerful, skilled forward known as a standout teammate and leader. Dylan played key roles in championship seasons with Powassan and later earned his spot in the OHL with Hamilton. A natural mentor, he brings intensity, positivity, and high-level experience to CTG.
