With over 20 years of competitive volleyball experience, I bring a deep passion and strategic understanding to the court. For the past two years, I have successfully coached youth programs at the Stallions Sports Club, and I am currently developing a specialized volleyball concentration program in partnership with a local French high school.
My professional career as a Senior Technical Consultant and Technical Support Manager has equipped me with highly refined leadership, communication, and project management skills. I actively apply this corporate experience to my coaching philosophy by focusing heavily on mentoring individuals and developing team members' skills. I believe that building good communication skills—both on and off the court—is essential for any cohesive and successful team. Whether I am leading technical workshops or running fast-paced drills, my primary goal is to motivate athletes, build their unwavering confidence, and empower them to reach their full potential.
