At OBFT, we specialize in blending:
• Boxing & Kickboxing Training – Learn real techniques, combinations, and conditioning through structured, high-intensity sessions
• Functional Strength Training – Build strength using sleds, suspension trainers, free weights, and dynamic movement patterns
• Metabolic Conditioning – Burn fat and increase endurance through fast-paced, full-body workouts
We don’t rely on traditional machines or repetitive cardio. Instead, we create dynamic sessions that challenge your body in real-world ways—through movement, power, and skill. 
Our Programs
• Group Classes – High-energy, coach-led sessions designed to push and motivate
• Youth Boxing Programs – Structured training for ages 7–17 focused on discipline, coordination, and confidence 
• Personal Training – Fully customized programs combining functional fitness and boxing for maximum results 
• Skill Development – Learn proper technique with pad work, heavy bags, and partner drills
