Rob Ricci is a highly accomplished player development expert with a rich background spanning junior, NCAA Division I, and professional hockey. A product of the OMHA and GTHL, Rob advanced through the Milton Merchants (OPJHL) and Cedar Rapids RoughRiders (USHL) before starring at Merrimack College, where he earned Hockey East All-Rookie honours and was a rare 3-time Team MVP.

His professional career included seven seasons across the ECHL, AHL, Sweden, Denmark, and the UK—bringing a global perspective to his coaching style. Since retiring from pro hockey, Rob has dedicated himself to developing the next generation of athletes as both a strength & conditioning coach and a player development specialist.

With six years of hands-on training experience in Georgetown and the GTA, Rob has also contributed behind the bench, serving as an assistant coach for the Georgetown Raiders Jr. A from 2016–2020. He currently leads the Oakville Rangers U18 AAA program as Head Coach. His teams and playing career feature multiple championships, including titles in the OJHL (2016–17), ECHL (2008–09), and USHL (2004–05).
