Power Elite is a technical power skating program designed for hockey players looking to improve on the fundamentals of skating.

This elite program, led by former competitive figure skater Jodi Figliomeni, focuses on improving edge work, crossovers, stride mechanics and is specific in mastering skating skills only. We specialize in small group training with emphasis on correction and proper technique.

In developing a strong foundation and proper technique this completely enhances a players overall performance on the ice.

No pucks will be used until a certain level of skating is achieved.
