Who We Are
BID Health & Performance is a holistic coaching and personal training business built on identity transformation—not quick fixes. Founded in 2015, well before online coaching became mainstream, BID exists to support clients far beyond their workouts. The goal is to help everyday people become the version of themselves who naturally eats well, trains consistently, manages stress, and maintains lifelong health.
