About Coach Greg
Coach Greg Grant is a dedicated basketball mentor driven by a passion for developing young athletes and helping them reach their full potential. Coaching since 2007, Greg brings more than a decade of hands-on experience, combining technical instruction with leadership, discipline, and confidence-building on and off the court.
His proudest achievement is guiding his eldest daughter to NCAA Division I basketball, turning a lifelong dream into reality. That same level of commitment, care, and belief is poured into every athlete he coaches.
Greg’s coaching background includes experience with respected programs such as the Barrie Royals, York Silver Knights, North Toronto Basketball Juel League, and the Ontario Basketball Centre Performance Program. Throughout his career, he has focused on creating environments where players are challenged, supported, and inspired to pursue greatness.
Off the court, Coach Greg is deeply rooted in his community, volunteering his time to coach youth across multiple sports in local schools. A strong advocate for health and fitness, he embraces an active lifestyle and enjoys golf, reading, and traveling with his family.
