Programs & Services
Competitive Boxing
Designed for athletes who want to compete under Canadian amateur boxing guidelines, these programs focus on advanced skill development, conditioning, sparring, and preparation for club, provincial, and national tournaments. 
Programs include:
• Junior Competitive Boxing (8–16)
• Youth Competitive Boxing (17–18)
• Elite Competitive Boxing (19+)
Recreational Boxing
Perfect for beginners and fitness enthusiasts, recreational classes provide a high-energy boxing workout while teaching proper technique.
Participants train with:
• Skipping and conditioning drills
• Heavy bag training
• Focus mitt work with coaches
• Core and circuit training
No experience required.
Youth Boxing Programs
Cabbagetown Boxing Club has a long tradition of supporting youth development. Young athletes learn:

Programs include non-contact boxing for kids ages 6–13 and competitive training for older youth.
