About Duncan’s Baseball Academy
Duncan’s Baseball Academy was built on a simple belief: when athletes truly understand the game, they play with more confidence, more control, and a lot more enjoyment.
Founded by 21-year-old coach Aiden Duncan, the academy offers high-quality baseball instruction in hitting, pitching, and fielding for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re just learning the fundamentals or preparing for competitive play, Aiden provides focused, detail-driven training designed to elevate every aspect of your game.
My Story
Baseball has been a part of my life for over a decade.
I’ve played competitive baseball for ten years and have spent the last four years coaching athletes who share the same passion for the game. Throughout my playing career, I’ve had the opportunity to compete with respected programs including:
• Dalhousie Tigers Varsity Team
• Ottawa Knights
• Watson Elite
• Bytown Dodgers
• East Nepean Eagles
Every team, every practice, and every game shaped the way I approach development today.
I live and breathe baseball. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing an athlete finally square up a pitch they used to miss, throw a strike with confidence, or make a clean defensive play they’ve been working toward. I’ve learned from incredible coaches and experienced the grind of countless practices—and now I’m here to pass that knowledge forward.
My goal is simple: help players improve, compete with confidence, and genuinely love the game even more.

My development has been shaped by training with professional athletes and respected coaches in the game, including:
• Greg Hamilton – Named the 6th most influential Canadian in baseball
• Matt Linder – Drafted by the Phillies in 2003
• Tanner Watson – Drafted by the Mariners in 2000
