With decades of combined experience across Canada, the U.S., and Europe, our coaches bring professionalism, passion, and a proven track record of shaping confident, skilled, and game-ready athletes.
Adrian Doyle — Owner & Lead Development Coach
With 20+ years of coaching youth soccer across the GTA, Adrian leads with unmatched experience and dedication. His background spans Director of Soccer Operations, Head Coach, Program Coordinator, and educator—giving him a unique understanding of how players learn and grow. Holding a USSF C License, US Youth License, and an Early Childhood Education diploma, Adrian also serves as Director of Development at KO Football Academy in Richmond Hill.
Desmond Gowrie — Lead Development Coach
For nearly two decades, Coach Desmond has been a cornerstone in GTA player development. Certified through the OSA and holder of a US Youth License, he has worked in multiple roles including Head Coach, Program Manager, and Equipment/Kit Manager. Known for his ability to connect with young athletes, Desmond creates fun, engaging sessions that build confidence and foundational skill.
Austin Duffy — Lead Development Coach
With 15 years immersed in Ontario soccer as both player and coach, Austin brings energy, curiosity, and a modern approach to development. C-Licensed and trained extensively through Ontario Soccer, he continues to pursue advanced education locally and abroad. His coaching philosophy aligns perfectly with our player-centered, growth-focused model.
Volen Parashkevov — Lead Development & Goalkeeper Coach
A former professional goalkeeper from Bulgaria, Coach Volen offers elite insight into both player and goalkeeper development. Over 20 years coaching from grassroots to OPDL and university levels, he holds top-tier credentials: UEFA A License, CSA B License, GK Diploma, USSF Youth License, and NSCAA Advanced GK Diploma. His expertise elevates our goalkeeping program to a professional standard.
Cameron Stewart — Coach
Born and raised in Toronto’s soccer community, Cameron brings collegiate playing experience from Roberts Wesleyan in New York and coaching experience with Toronto FC Juniors. A Business Marketing graduate from George Brown, he combines a high soccer IQ with strong leadership and communication skills.
Peter Katsaras — Coach
A former Centennial College goalkeeper and 2015 OCAA Indoor Championship Goalkeeper of the Year, Peter has been coaching since 2014, including with Toronto FC Juniors alongside Adrian and Cameron. With a Police Foundations diploma and years of academy experience, Peter delivers disciplined, technical, and player-focused training—especially for aspiring goalkeepers.
Tom McNamee (TMCELITE) — Consultant & Coach
Based in London, England, Coach Tom expands our reach globally. He provides online technical and physical development sessions, supports overseas training pathways, and opens doors for international camp experiences—giving our players access to opportunities beyond the Canadian system.
